PCB Design
Shenzhen MHC's PCB design team has extensive practical experience in designing PCBs to improve performance and manufacturability. They will skillfully use mainstream PCB design software in the market to design according to the functions required by customers, such as: Allegro, PADS, Protel, ORCAD, AD, PADS_LOGIC, etc. In addition, we can also convert the PDF schematic provided by customers into ORCAD format and then import it into the netlist.

Foil clad board->cutting->punching and drilling reference holes->CNC drilling->inspection->deburring->chemical thin copper plating->electroplating thin copper->inspection->board brushing->film pasting (or screen printing)->exposure and development (or curing)->inspection and board repair->graphic electroplating (Cn+Sn/Pb)->film removal->etching->inspection and board repair->nickel and gold plating of plugs->hot melt cleaning->electrical continuity test->cleaning->screen printing of solder mask pattern->curing->screen printing of marking symbols->curing->appearance processing->cleaning and drying->inspection->packaging->finished product.
SMT Patch Processing
SMT surface assembly technology is the most popular technology and process in the current electronic assembly industry. SMT patch refers to a series of process flows based on PCB circuit boards. Our SMT lines all use high-end production equipment (Siemens patch machines, Panasonic patch machines, Heller reflow soldering, DEK/MPM printers, KY SPI, VI AO), etc., to ensure the reliability and quality of patch and welding.
Basic process of SMT patch: solder paste printing - parts placement - oven curing - reflow soldering - AOI optical inspection - maintenance - board separation - board grinding - board washing.
DIP Plug-in Processing
The DIP plug-in processing technology is part of the entire PCBA circuit board processing process. It is a process that manually processes large electronic components that cannot be processed by SMD. Finally, through processes such as wave soldering, the PCBA product is finally completed. We have a professional DIP plug-in production line, and the professionally equipped workbench, rail car, and carrier can effectively improve the efficiency of plug-in. At the same time, we strictly control the quality to ensure that the DIP plug-in meets the customer's quality management requirements.
The process of DIP plug-in processing is: plug-in → wave soldering → foot cutting → post-soldering processing → board washing → quality inspection.
PCBA Inspection
PCBA testing is a big test. We will use different testing methods according to different products and different customer requirements. We use ICT to detect the welding of components and the on-off status of the circuits, and use FCT to detect the input and output parameters of the PCBA board to see if they meet the requirements. In addition, we will also conduct X-RAY testing, aging testing, high and low drop testing, simulated transportation vibration, high and low temperature humidity testing and other tests.
Conformal Coating
In order to protect the performance of PCBA circuit boards and electronic products in harsh environments, we will coat PCBA with three-proof paint. PCBA coated with three-proof paint has the properties of insulation, moisture-proof, leakage-proof, shock-proof, dust-proof, corrosion-proof, aging-proof, mildew-proof, anti-parts loosening and insulation corona resistance, thereby extending the storage time of PCBA and the service life of electronic products.
