Industrial Design
Shenzhen MHC employs a meticulous approach to industrial design, whether it's for OEM hunting cameras,custom underwater fishing cameras,Ozone Generators,Solar Power Stations,hunting alarm systems. We select appropriate metals and plastics based on project requirements and client preferences. We harmonize functional expectations with aesthetic considerations, initiating the design phase with 2D or 3D renderings in various styles. Client feedback drives specific optimizations and modifications, which our designers promptly integrate to achieve client satisfaction. Upon receiving written confirmation, we progress to detailed structural design.
Our Mechanical Design (MD) engineers oversee the integration of all internal components, whether it's for hunting cameras or solar power systems, ensuring compatibility with the chosen materials and optimizing assembly processes. They meticulously control component sizes and configurations, considering factors such as battery placement, motherboard shape, mold manufacturing costs, assembly efficiency, and performance testing. This approach aims to minimize production costs while upholding stringent quality standards.
Shenzhen MHC's engineers possess extensive experience in designing highly sealed electronic products, including custom underwater fishing cameras and hunting alarm systems. During the design phase, we prioritize considerations such as heat dissipation, electromagnetic interference resistance, moisture resistance, mildew resistance, and salt spray resistance. These factors are crucial in adapting products to diverse environmental conditions and meeting user expectations.
Once the structural design phase is complete, we produce a detailed structural prototype for client approval. Leveraging our robust supply chain network of local mechanical parts suppliers, manufacturers, PCB workshops, and CNC centers, we swiftly validate product feasibility through the production of electronic precision prototypes for various products, including Ozone Generators and Solar Power Stations. This process ensures that our designs meet both technical and practical requirements before moving to subsequent stages of development.
